About

Protect the brainpower your success demands.

Stu Morris is a cognitive longevity consultant, entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and founder and CEO of Executive Memory Consulting. Over51 is the home of that work, from Pillar Point Harbor, California.

He is not a physician and does not pretend to be one. He is a practitioner with more than three decades in rooms where memory, aging, and leadership stop being abstract. His signature keynote is The Profitability of Cognitive Longevity.

“I'm rewriting the narrative concerning aging and cognitive longevity.”

How he got here

  1. Nana

After his father died, his Nana helped raise him — a head nurse who had circled the globe nine times and spoke four languages. When Stu was twelve, dementia dismantled her in six months. He became her caregiver. That is where the work began.

  2. The Emergency Department

He became an EMT, earned a business degree, and worked more than twenty years as an Emergency Department clinician — high pressure, high stakes, no spare attention.

  3. Memory care

For over thirty years he owned and operated memory-care facilities, caring for hundreds of people at every stage of decline. He learned that by the time most families see the problem, significant ground is already gone.

  4. The work now

Founder and CEO of Executive Memory Consulting. Author of Cognitive Longevity. His reason to go to work: make you smarter, keep you sharper, and improve the brain's adaptability — before decline has taken hold.
